Good to know they did you right. The box says Crew Cab on it, but these steps are far to short. Put them next to my 04 double cab and they are just the right length. After talking with them it seems they are gonna make the situation correct.

So the steps have been shipped back and I'm awaiting the new ones. Did a little "fender persuasion" to help these big wheels and tires clear. Basically I dont want to cut this truck so I took a hammer to the plastic piece behind the wheel and pushed it back just enough that I can clear lock to lock in reverse on flat ground. Definitely a noticeable difference. Pics show what I pushed back, the main spot where I was rubbing clearing now, and the tire at full lock.

Yes the truck is filthy. I live on a country road that is being repaved [emoji37]cfad38384a7219024519b88d478feb91.jpg73303a606ba9e947a6d922619c096f26.jpgfd7414f3ff2356febb0f7c6d460b37b9.jpg

Still need to polish and wax to get rid of outlines but the dirty work is done. This is the 3rd truck I've debadged and I still hate the work involved [emoji23]a5fe0f5df6c2fdc60033c65e7ec26625.jpg0038726a2f1d9cb2a24e79026f75aa70.jpg

If this helps anyone I had very noticable ghost lettering after debadging. Meguires ScratchX 2.0 and Meguires Cleaner Wax completely took care of it with no paint damage. Very pleased with the outcome. I dont have a before picture cause I was slightly upset at first, but the bowtie, LT, dealer sticker, and silverado on the tailgate and silverado on the doors were very noticable. 1aebd585c5d1ae03bc64e347987948d2.jpg32c6a58ae8bf3cf0d493fc483b998df9.jpgd120a4c99b1a7c24738244f68e76954e.jpgf2ea463e5378459f13f2de8dbe0e4de8.jpg

Truck looks great. I have been considering those N-Fabs as well.

Thanks! I'm liking em so far. Very easy to install. Took about 15 minutes total.

As it sits now I've basically finished all of my original plans. Still need a black bow tie, but I'm very happy with this build for as low of a budget as I've kept it.
This is a pic from when it was purchased on Dec 5, 2017 and today showing the changes. 87ced7d0b0e7aa905d36b69eec05267e.jpg
