2015 canyon Heated seats

I have also had my 2015 Canyon it has leather seats and supposed to be HEATED but they are terrible you can hardly feel the the heat and with the weather we had last week I sure could have used those heated seats ,The dealer say's nothing they can do about them . I just bought a New 2018 Traverse and the heated seats are amazing so the story I have been reading for other customers was that some complained that the seats were too hot , or the extra heat destroys the leather ,if any of that is true why is the 2018 Traverse not having and issue . So body is full of it . So far I have not been a very customer of GMC ,this Canyon was supposed to be the best built and as far as I'm concerned it's not PROFESSIONAL GRADE like the ad's say . drive line vibrations , under carriage rattles , rough turning right in 4 wheel drive , and guess what the dealer can't find anything wrong . I bought this NEW 48 grand and it's not worth it .
