Deusch(SP?) Shell inc. has bought out Pennzoil-Quaker State inc.

In laimens terms it means Shell gasoline now owns the Pennzoil & Quaker State Brands. It also means that Shell owns Jiffy Lube oil change centers.

Deusch(SP?) Shell has said that some employees will be laid off.
