Thank you for the suggestion; I called and made contact with two different cities Police departments to obtain direction on submitting a police report. As well as the Local 150 the fella belongs to, and the admin of another GM trucks group who was kind enough to reach out to him and suggest payment.

Miraculously I received payment today at 4:54 pm. All I wanted was my money back; I now have it.

A shame you have to go to these steps to gain ones attention.
