2015 Sierra HD SLT Head Light Adjuster Screw repairable ?

My 15 Sierra HD SLT Head Light adjuster (Phillips Head) just spins free with no effect.

Can I remove the Head Light Unit and get into it one way other another to access the threaded rod ?

The light is now aiming at full up and is not responding to the screw turning ...

I just tried to re-adjust after a bulb replacement and got no response from the screw ...
