Whirring sound from under/inside dash

Hello folks,   I am new to the forum.  Just bought a beautifully maintained, 1 owner 95 K2500 5.7 TBI.  One thing that I've noticed that i'd like to resolve is what sounds like a fan/whirring sound from inside the dash even when the fan control is turned off.  It appears to be constantly there and is a little annoying.   Any ideas on what this noise is and how to correct?

Oh, in case it;s relevant it's and HD Cheyenne version, Bench seat, Long Bed.

Could be as simple as a bad speaker that makes a little noise.  The only fan that I know of under the dash would be the blower motor.  Have you tried unplugging it to see if it turns all the way off?
