One other good tip is to find a station that has a high turn over of fuel. As in they get a delivery truck every week or so.  That way you know the fuel is fresh.

 

There is a company out in California called Propel fuel.  I wish they were here on the east coast. They sell really good quality fuel.  Their Diesel HPR sounds awesome.
