16x10 rims with 3"Bodylift

My Brother in law knows someone that bought AR Outlaw's 16x10 for his 2000 Silverado (bought them at a yardsale), but after getting them realized they didn't fit and weren't going to unless he lifted the truck. Which he doesn't want to do. So, he will sell them to my brother in law, which already has a 3"Body lift on his 99 Z71. Will they fit first off with 285's, and if they do, what tire size would be the biggest, he has 285 MTR's now. Thanks, Chris

I would think they would fit unless they are some crazy kind of offset. There is a chart online somewhere that shows tire/wheel sizes that will fit with various lifts. I'll see if I can find it.

Thanks, the rims have a 4.5" bs and I think about a -25 offset. Appreciate your help! Chris

Yes, theyll fit! I ran 285s and 16x10s w/ 4.5" bs for a coupel weeks w/ no lift, he'll be fine w/ the 3 in body lift!
