Help needed Antenna base removal 2017

My stock antenna is broke so I tried to remove it and its completely froze to the base. It will turn and just keep spinning. I removed the 3 bolts holding the base and clamped the bottom of the threaded section with vise grips but it just spins in the grips while chewing up the metal. So now I need to replace the entire assembly. Can anyone verify the part # for the base? The only # I can come up with is 22936386 but the notes says w/o digital audio? What does that mean? Also does anyone have a write up on how to replace the base assembly. I know that 3 bolts hold it down but how does the antenna wire route to the inside of the truck? Will I need to remove parts of my dash?
