So my sister gave me her 89 GMC SLE 4x4, and has run Castrol 20-50 in it for at least 15yrs. Been awhile since the last oil change she said.

 

I was think of changing the oil weight down to Castrol GTX 10-40.... Milage : 306,500 and still purrs like a kitten :)

 

Just wanted some thoughts...
