Refreshed the ceramic coating today.  Cold out but it has been two years and I wanted to keep it looking good.  Amazed at how well the water still beads on it even before the refresh.  Sad that it will not be in a garage for a while.  At least until I can get the garage cleared out.

The cpu was not happy in the 30 degree banks - nevertheless, it was the most fun I've had behind the wheel!

What kind of prep work did you have to do to recoat? I just did my first ceramic coating g and am curious how to go about doing it again down the road.

Finally added the BD Trims tailgate letters today that my wife got me for Christmas. Gorgeous 70 degree day in Iowa. Also used the hairdryer to get letters back tailgate extra hot to make sure letters stayed down. Turned out nice.

Mine has been garage kept for the most part and when it was out I washed it often.  So the finish was still in great shape.  Just gave it a good hand wash and reapplied.

I finished installing the Road Armor bumpers, Rigid lights and the Borla True Dual S-Type cat-back exhaust.  I really like the sound but DAMN, it is louder in person than I expected from listening to all the videos I could find.

It’s by Black Horse Offroad - Armour Bull Bar.

Unfortunately at the time, they sold it as compatible with 2019-2020 Sierra, but it certainly was not, at least not for the new body type. Electrical was not plug in play. Also probably due to my AT4 having vertical tow hooks.

But! As I do, I cut, ground out, repainted, trimmed plastic, spliced, soldered etc to get it to fit and to relocate the forward parking sensors to the bar.

Very Cool - What were the "rules of engagement" - what were the passing and speed rules for your time at the track?  I've never had the opportunity to run on a course like that, I'm very jealous.

Since we’re on the subject, I trailered 21 bags of mulch and 6 bags of stone to cottage.  Then trailered the golf cart home from there.  I trailered it because I bought the stuff Friday and didn’t head to lake until today and didn’t want to leave it in the truck or unload and load it again, and wanted to bring the heavy electric golf cart home for a few weeks.  This truck squats quite a bit more than my 18 did.

Saturday, drove from Salt Lake City to Mesquite, NV. Today, drove from Mesquite to San Diego. Today was a colossal s**t biscuit. Californians don't know how to drive. Everybody goes slow in the left lane, and pass on the right. Lots of wrecks that added several hours to the trip, and 1 more tank of gas.
