08 1500 Transmission Problem

I've searched and searched and can not find anything specific to the problem I have. If there is already a thread, please point me to it.

 

Vehicle:

2008 GMC 1500

5.3

2WD

Automatic

 

Transmission will not go in D or 3. Truck will go in R, 2, 1. Ive checked fuses, fluid is full and seemingly good. Anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong? Thanks in advance!
