Sierra Dan
Have you guys noticed recently how much GM Customer Service is responding to our posts, especially in the Troubleshooting Topics? I know when the K2's first came out, they chimed in often. But then went away for a few years up until now? Why the sudden interest by them you think? Is it just ramping up because of T1's release? Why did they not chime in weeks, months or years ago?
tbarn
I don't think it matters. They don't help anyway.
Sierra Dan
Does not matter whether they help or not. There has to be a reason why they are all over the threads now. Let the debate begin!
L86 All Terrain
All they do is try to drum up business for their dealers service bays, they do little to actually help with your issue. Even if it is a common issue with an easy, cheap solution they will still tell you to make an appointment with a dealer. In my opinion, they do more harm to GM's reputation than they help. The reason people use the forums is to try and avoid visiting the dealer for service. GM should just dump that program because they aren't gaining any Goodwill from it.
