Hello so I have a 2016 chevy traverse and the other day I was driving listening to the radio and I pushed the talk button on my steering wheel after doing so the radio shut off and the talk button didnt do anything but bring static through the speakers. now the radio wont turn on and everytime I push the talk button it just brings more static. My CD player, mps players and AM/FM channels do not work. Everytime I push the power button for the radio nothing happens if anyone has any ideas before I spend an arm and a leg to get it diagnosed I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a 2015 Colorado Z71. While driving the radio will go to the browse menu and sometimes freeze there. None of the touch screen functions will work. This happens with both radio and pandora.
Took it to dealership they did some update to software, but issue continues.

Anyone had had this issue also?  If so what’s solution?

      thank you

Bought the truck used with a few paint chips I was ok with this summer since I travel a fair amount of gravel for outdoor activities. Just came back from a car wash and the rear fenders look terrible. Live in the cold north and I don't have a heated garage.

Any recommendations? Can I use a touch up paint kit in the cold garage? 0-30F or use a heater/heat gun to heat up the area first? I don't think it'll work worth a damn because if the temperature changes.

What would a body shop charge?

I'm pretty bummed out after seeing this many chips pop up. I don't see any rust anywhere on the body but feeling like that's going to be coming fast any ideas or recommendations?

My factory antenna catches the bottom of my open garage door and drags across a lowered section of the ceiling. The antenna is only about two inches too long. I've looked at replacing with one of those short stubby aftermarket antennas but not crazy about the look and don't want to sacrifice reception.

Does anyone know if any other GM vehicle factory antennas, may be slightly shorter and still fit my truck?

Looking for help form anyone who has the factory light bar for a Chevy Silverado, any light bar, where they have no need for the optional piece that wires to the factory lights.

So here's the story. I bought the light bar and hard it installed on my truck but didn't buy the lights at the same time. 6 months later I purchased the factory lights which states all wiring hardness parts included... minus the portion that comes with the light bar. (Worst packaging design ever) Once the dealership noticed the part wasn't there they asked me for it. It also turned out the tech who installed the light bar noted that they gave me back the box with the section of the wiring harness in it. I am not sure if they noted it, but it's a big box and I threw it away. (The box, which may have had the part in it) So I ask the dealership to order the missing portion which turns out Chevy doesn't sell individually. So now I have 2k worth of parts with lights that won't work. I am currently fighting it out for two months with GM support but that is not going well either. Their suggest, but the 1k dollar light bar so you can get the 2 dollar part. In the attached diagram it's section 8 in the light bar kit which wires up the break light. So for anyone else doing what I did, a warning, make sure to check the box... even a lightbar box for wiring bits and beware trying to get the part via GM directly. Any help will make my Christmas bright. Also, wiling to pay 100$ for the part and toss in 12 months of XBox live!
