Our eagle eyed spy photographer has done it again. This time capturing the all new 2020 Silverado HD with next to no camouflage.

The 2020 Chevy Silverado has dropped its heavy vinyl camo, running around in nothing but a body-hugging graphic wrap.  The new testing phase reveals key design details, including a new integrated bed step unique to the segment.

The latest Silverado HD prototype gives us our best look yet at the new headlight design and its LED signature.  Elements of the grille design also peek through the front grille mesh.  Very little is left to the imagination on these latest prototypes.

The uncovered Silverado test truck reveals a new side step, integrated into the rear flanks in front of the rear wheels.  With steps already integrated into the rear bumper, the new Silverado HD’s bed access is easier than ever, from all angles and positions.

Looks like these Silverados will have the wheel well/fender trim that the Sierras have had for some time now.

It looks great to me.  The low mounted mirrors will take a bit of time to warm up to, but this could be the best looking Chevy HD in years.

It appears to completely different from the 1500's, only things I can see is the fog lights, tail lights, rear bumper and the cab I think.

Looks like that the Z71's could be using bilstein shocks, their silver color shocks and they don't look to be ranchos.

Thank God no ugly cheek bone protector/Spartan helmet grill and no ugly air diverter vents.  Hopefully the 1500's will soon get a face lift.

I am liking the trailer tow mirrors  with it mounted low  visibility really stinks looking thru that mounting point where they are now, one thing i wounder if they are doing it  about the frame  that wax coating is a pain  I still have rust forming on mine

I like both the wheel wells and headlights (from what I see of them) over the 1/2 tons.  Hopefully they'll follow this down in a couple years.

I really like the shape of these wheel wells.  Rounded off square, like the GMT400 and 800.

Probably the air curtains would get filled w/ crud in off highway conditions (read no pavement).

Rear Shocks look to be of the Bilstein 5100 Variety?  They are silver colored anyway like the 5100. 

No sign of the crappy White and Red Tenneco Ranchos!

Bed step looks like just another place to rust & rot. Long steps (boards) will serve the same purpose and look better.
