My 2 cents.

With the amount of computer control in the newer vehicles why jump period ?

Just replace the battery before it dies.

Avoid the dead battery situation.

:)

These are for emergencies, my nickel

I have never had an emergency since replacing my batteries every 4 years for the last 40 years.

Different strokes for different folks.

I keep the GB70 in the truck just in case. Amazon had a deal on these for black friday and picked one up for a around 150ish i believe.      https://no.co/gb70

Thanks J.Mas6.2. I went to the noco site - liked what I saw and purchased the GB40 version.  Walmart sells these at about 1/2 the price on the noco Web site and noco says they honor the warranty no matter where you buy their products. I will keep it in the truck - good if I run down the battery and no one is around to jump start me.  Will have it if the wife or kids call and need a jump start also. Plus I will carry it in the boat when I go out (only weighs 4lbs).
