Air is only blowing out of vents

00 z71 air is only blowing out of vents. I don't hear the mode actuator doing anything. Where is the actuator located. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Disconnect the negative battery terminal for 5 minutes to do a reset.. If you have the right scan tool you can recalibrate it.

If the battery was replaced and the knobs not zeroed out, could that cause this issue?

After replacing the battery the system will attempt to re-calibrate itself.

Wait 40 seconds to 1 minute or so for the HVAC control module and actuators to re-calibrate.

 

I've always had the best luck at this point by turning key off. Removing key and closing the door. (Signals the BCM of a completed driving cycle)
