Coilovers for street and gravel roads?

I have a 2015 Sierra 1500 4x4 Z71 double cab and currently have the RC 2" under the strut spacer leveling kit. If I remember correctly it raised the front about 1.5", leaving me with 1.5" of rake. One of the rear Rancho shocks is leaking oil and needs to be replaced. I have Method 17 x 8.5 wheels with 0 offset and Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 285/70R17 on order from Custom Offsets. I would like to upgrade to coilovers to improve the ride on pavement and on rough gravel roads, and come closer to leveling the truck. No high speed stuff, just 'normal' driving, no extreme 4x4 trail action either. I am into photography and I like to explore remote back roads here in Missouri, so lots of gravel roads; ruts, braking bumps and such.

What do you think would be the best bang for the buck for my needs?

I am thinking Fox 2.0's at all 4 corners would do the trick without breaking the bank. CST Suspension, Boss Halo's, Fox 2.5's, and Kings are all other options I am considering, but for my use they may not be worth the investment.
I can't seem to find it now, but I think I saw a forum member here that was selling Fox 2.0's for all 4 corners for around $910?

I think Fox discontinued the 2.0's . That what it says on Performance Lifts website.I had them on my 2018 LTZ and they gave me 2" up front and were a nice upgrade over the stock GM struts.

I just listed them on my local craigslist since installing my 4.5" lift last week. I went with a full length coilover.
