Page 171 of the 2019 Tahoe/Suburban Owner’s Manual shows Performance View. It states that the HUD will show speed, rpm, transmission positions and gear shift indicator. If appears to show the gear selected by the transmission while in D mode. Mine does not. Anyone else have this condition?
Here’s my 2015 Silverado 1500 LTZ 4x4. Got a 6 inch Trailmaster lift with 24 inch replicas and 37 inch rbps. Should I do a gear change? If so, what?

Anyone ever upgraded their stock front hub bearings to something heavier? Or does it require that I swap out the whole axle shaft assembly.
I had a bearing go bad on me while I was out plowing a few days ago, and it just wore right out. So I figure while I'm in there, is it possible to get a heavier duty one?
I have an 5.3 09 silverado with 98,000mi, in preperation for winter id like to change plugs and oil. I want to know what you guys do to prepare for the cold months and what else should i do to be ready, next week im getting new BF Ko2 tires and i got a spectra cold air intake on order, any recomendations are helpful thank you.
Hey all, recently picked up my 2016 all terrain, it has the 5.3 8 speed, love my truck love all the sierra's I've owned 2012, 2014. I notice at low speeds with new transmission it's a bit.. Clunky as it seems to change gears to quick, straight away no problem however turning out of driveway or turns at low speeds it's noticeable
.. I can live with this.. However last 2 trucks have been tanks for winter driving, with blizzaks they didn't move, wonder how this will affect next winter driving? Mainly accelerating and such.. Any insight on the 8-speed for winter conditions?
