Well here it is people.  My dyno run of my 2019 Silverado with 6.2 before I installed the GM Performance intake.  Then I installed the intake and had the dealer do the flash to the truck that is part of the intake purchase.  Back to the dyno to see if what gains it might have made.

Well, to my surprise it lost HP.   The baseline was 363.13 max hp and 414.74 peak torque.  After the intake install and flash it went down to 355.75hp and 399.12 peak torque.

One thing to note is that with the 10sp transmission, they had a hard time keeping it in 6th gear when they hit the throttle.  It wanted to downshift even though they were using manual mode. Also another issue was it was reaching the speed limit of 106mph and cutting off with in seconds of going WOT.  To bad there isn't anyway of turning off the speedlimiter on these.

They did  10 pulls trying to get a solid run.  The guy really was trying and wanted to keep going but there were other vehicles slotted to use the dyno so he ran out of time.

So it seems that there isn't a gain, at least for me putting on the GM Performance intake.  Bummer really.  Sounds nice but stinks that it lost power and torque.

Well you gained 200 ft lbs of torque at 67 MPH according to this chart  LOL

I wouldn't read into this at all as you can see the charts are not comparable at all.

You're going to have a loss if you're only trying to gain from one end. CAI needs exhaust to go with it. Forcing more air through the same exit will result in your exact results every time. Put an exhaust on and see the difference. I wouldn't expect much for gains, but you'll at least get back to stock. Throw some bigger injectors in there and now your talking. It's just money, right?

You said you did a flash, If you were to go drive the truck around prior to Dyno, would the truck relearn everything and possibly pull a better run?

I would think it needs to relearn.  The fact that I disconnected the battery, per the GM instructions on installation of the CAI, It might have reset the ECM and have to relearn all over again.  So that is why, if I can make it happen in  a few weeks head back down for another pull to see if anything changes.

It reminds me that mods dont always make a vehicle better/faster. I've watched guys dump truck loads of money into suspension upgrades with new wheels and tires and then run significantly slower track and auto-cross times.

I have an at4 with the "off road" performance kit.  There is definitely a difference in performance from the stock 6.2.  Drove several and when I drove this one I was sold.  Exhaust reminds me of my 03 z06 exhaust, quiet when not on the throttle and grrrrr when you are in it.

Also my dealer swapped the 18s with durtracs out for gloss black 20's with K02s and its a great combo....and it did not cost me a dime more.  Great deal and dealer.

Have you been able to go back and retest?  Curious if it has made a difference.

Just the intake.  Waiting on Corsa to come out with theirs.

Corsa is out now.  Part number 21033.  I see you're in Faison.  I'm in Smithfield and I've been curious what the corsa will sound like.  Let me know if you get it

I'm kinda waiting on range to finish their DFM disabler before I get exhaust.  I found a shop in Raleigh that mandrel bends 304 and does custom exhaust.  I can buy the Borla XR1 muffler that's 3.5" in and out which is the same as the stock size pipe for about $170.  They'll fit it up with custom connection to pipe coming from header, cut out the old muffler/flappers, and cut out the resonators replacing with straight tube and weld everything in for about $300 or so.  So for under $500 I can have what will probably be very close to the same as what a cat back would be that cost $1,300+.  I know these companies put all of this R&D into these cat back systems and they are supposed to be tuned to that particular set up, but I really can't imagine there's $800+ worth of difference in gains between their system and what I can have done.  Sucks you can't buy just a Corsa muffler.

I wasn't able to get on the dyno today. With work now getting ready to crank up.  I'm in produce and can't leave my area until after October. It will be after October before i can get back down to the dyno.  it is an hour away from me.

Yeah that is some $$$ for a muffler and stainless tubing that is for sure.  They do get you since you can't just purchase a muffler.    What gets me is I signed up for email alerts and have yet to get any.  I wonder what happened?

Thanks for letting me know it is now available.  With work coming up here next week.  Not sure if I can get it and get it installed. or even want to pay the price.  Would be nice to hear a side by side sound test of the GM Performance exhaust and a Corsa. At least the GM you save $200.
