My 2019 SIlverado 4x4 has 3,100 miles.
It was parked in the driveway last week and when I attempted to enter it into the garage, and in Drive, it sat there for a second or two, and then lurched into the garage. I instanteously hit the brakes and got it stopped. When I pressed the gas, the truck just stood still, then took off into the garage.
Now, today, as I backed out of the driveway for a quick errand, the emergency brake would not release, then it released, but as I selected Drive, it refused to move. I played around with it several times, pressing the brake pedal as instructed, and finally got it to go. However, I had now brake assist. It required a ton of pressure to get it to stop.
The dash light up like the 4th of July. BRAKE showed up in red, engine in yellow, Traction Control in yellow, Tire Pressure (quickly vanished), ABS, and Service ESC.
Am heading to the dealer (48 miles) in the morning. I was going to connect my DTC and see what was showing, but will refrain, so dealer can see for themselves.
I've noticed a couple of intermittent quirks since I've owned it (July 2019), but things seemed to resolve themselves. I did receive December recall and they will get that looked at in the morning.
Am attaching a photo of the dash as i sits now. The -14.6V DC light is from a piece of equipment I have installed.
Anyone else out there having issues?
Also, photo shows less the 30psi oil pressure at idle, a bit low I am thinking
I totaled my truck last week hitting a deer. So I'd like to sell a few of my upgrades. My next truck will have the options I want.
Note: I am in Canada but will ship internationally and will accept paypal (via "someone you trust" option)
I am open to reasonable offers and package deals.
Item 1 – Heads up display package. Sold
Item 2 – LTZ/High Country taillight package -$550 Shipped
This package includes LED taillights with factory harnesses. I also have the Pgamboa taillight adaptor harnessed to eliminate the hyperflash. I was unable to retrieve the resistors for these harnesses but you could source them elsewhere or contact Harness Dr. to see if he could sell you a replacement set. I would like $550USD shipped
Item 3 – Power fold mirror switch - SOLD
Item 4 – Heated steering wheel - $100 USD shipped
This is a Sierra wheel with the heat and collision avoidance buttons. The collision avoidance button will not function but does not affect the operation. There is a slight blemish on the to of the steering wheel that was there when I bought it from salvage. I would like $100USD shipped

My 2016 Suburban’s auxiliary ports and features (USBs, wireless charging pad, 12V) blink off briefly when the doors are shut while cranked. This can cause my aftermarket headrest monitors to power off and back on if I get out of a cranked car to pump gas, hand a kid something in the back seat, run into gas station or restaurant, etc. This is extremely frustrating on road trips, making a pit stop and having to turn the TVs back on, DVD player back on, etc.
Sometimes if the key fob is left in the car it won’t blink off, but not always. Every time this happens I hear a click, like a light blinking, behind the dash as the door is closed. What is happening back there, triggered by the door closing, that’s causing a sudden loss of power to so many auxiliary items?
Attached video shows what happens to a cranked car when the door is closed with fob outside the car. I have a Blu-ray player, wired into a wire in the dash labeled for the BCM, but several other items have the same reaction to shutting the door while cranked with fob outside.

So I have a 2007 Chevy silverado 1500 classic. It has a rear window defogger but no heated mirrors nor powered or turn signal. I bought new tow mirrors that are powered heated and have turn signals in them. Is there anyway I can wire them in. I plan on putting powered windows and locks and putting the gm org button cluster in but not quite sure on how to wire it
Working on 2014 GMC Denali, lost all control of windows from driver door master switch. Purchased new switch, no change, found (green/yellow) wire snapped in accordian sleeve between door. Spliced wire at each end of harness and ran new wire. Now have control of every window BUT my driver door.
