Hey guys, I need to do a 200,000 mile cleaning on my throttle body. Do I need to have a Scanner to do the relearn or can you do the start up idle relearn? I'm getting mixed reviews saying both will work. I have a Foxwell NT650, but it doesn't have the 2014 Chevy Silverado software on it. I have contacted them about it, but have not got a response yet. Thanks guys.
