Radio Disappearing Favorites

It was the cluster where the radio, nav etc ... are. I called them, 18-na-324 and 18-NA-376 were performed. Along with a trailering module re-program. 

Thanks. Wish I had seen this earlier. Was just at the dealer tonight. Guess I will have to write those down for my oil change in a few months

Well I just procrastinated on deleting the and recreating my user and viola the presets are all back.  Kinda strange but seems to have worked out.  I wonder if GM pushed out a firmware update over the air?

Mine are still disappearing.  But only USB related ones.

I started having this issue a few months ago. Thought it was just a one time glitch because I used remote start, but it also happened with the key. I really only listen to one channel, but after resetting clock a few times it got annoying. Decided to disconnect the battery and clean the terminals. Reconnected the battery and put a new fuse in the radio slot. It's been about two weeks and haven't had anymore issues. If it happens again I'll post.
