Tow hook clarification?

Have a 2008 Sierra 2500.  I see the part number for the hooks is 25952107.  Haven’t had any luck finding used, but I noticed there are tons of used hooks for recent years (2011-2019) that look identical despite having a different part number.  Are they the same?
