LT Trail Boss brake problems

There’s another thread on here about this. Seems to be a software / sensor error. 

 

My RST has 1600mi on it and reads 97/98%. 

 

You can always manually check them yourself.

Same thing here!  2019 GMC Sierra less than 6,000 miles shows 65% remaining on fronts!

I have 6000 km and my brake indicator is 96 and 98%.

I am on 10467 miles and at 20% this seems crazy going to take it to the dealer next week.

Mine has 3200 miles and mine says front has 27% left.....

 

I figured it was a fluke when it’s says there at 15% i’m gonna actually check them.

This is a calibration issue on the sensors, there is a repair bulletin on it. Mine went all the way to 5% before the service brake sensors message came on. They recalibrated the sensors and did a brake inspection. They said the pads look great and now reads 98%. All is good now.

Definitely a calibration issue, just had my tb lt serviced for a recall and I had them check, the mileage on my truck is 11900 and it said I had 14% life left on the front and 56 on the rear, the service advisor had to update the software and recalibrate them since my brakes were 98% ( -/+), I also had them upgrade the infotainment software to the one with the built in navigation part # 84531832 works great.

12K miles brakes at 76% in the front 83% in the rear. Recall programming has been done but not sure if that had an effect.

I just tried to buy this software card and gm says it’s discontinued. I’m pissed I wanted the navigation option. Did you just have this done? Thanks
