Well it's ordered through my local dealer, 4x4 Denali Ultimate in Carbon Black Metallic w/Dark Walnut/Grey interior.  No pricing yet, but sure to be around 80K.  I found a couple of things standard that are interesting, smoked amber roof markers and camper mirrors, would have ordered both anyway.  Also, the GMC Multi-Pro tailgate is not power and down like Chevy's version, I just assumed it was.

I was disappointed with the no power up end gate as well. Also no collapsible running boards.  When is the carbon black metallic supposed to be available?

Does anyone have any idea when the build and price option on the web sites will be available?

For a change, the GMC engineers may have been smarter than the average bear by not having the multi-pro tailgate power down, by making it manual some dimwit owners may actually see that they have a ball mount or a trailer tongue in the way that may damage their multi-thousand dollar tailgate.

As of this week they are finally build able in Carbon Black Metallic. One a VIN is assigned a work order will be assigned with s build sheet.  Debating on ordering the preprogrammed trailer TPS stems. I’ll probably throw them and the remote camera in as well. Yeah so why can the 1500’s be ordered with hidden steps but the HDs not? Makes no sense

As soon as I get a VIN, the clock starts. I’m guessing pricing will be released at months end then it will be assigned. Probably mid summer?

VIN is generated as the truck is actually being built. (not in advance)

(TPW  is the tenatative production week, which gets assigned earlier -- but is subject to change.)

Cab lights are only standard on Denali and on DRW trucks.

Of course they are available on other trims, and sometimes also included in 'convenience' packages.

On California trucks they are only available on DRW.

Order guide still says Carbon Black Metallic paint colour (rpo GCI) is not available at start of production.

Might be a longer wait than hoped.
