How to shift into Neutral with dead battery??

I had this problem too in my 2016 GMC Yukon XL.  It was stuck on the flat bed of a tow truck. The battery was fully charged but there was a break in one of the lines.   I was at a GMC dealership and they couldn't figure it out either so the tow truck driver sort of bounced the truck's flat bed until the Yukon scooched back enough to get the rear tires off his bed.
