2015 Silverado no crank no start with key. (have engine light on dash and also have u422) have replaced starter and battery. have 12.5 volts at the starter. checked 2amp fuse in dash for ignition switch, checked under the hood 15amp fuse that powers the ignition switch, checked the 60 amp fuse in fuse box. also checked the 40 amp fuse, checked starter relay in fuse box under hood. tried jumping starter relay post and got nothing. have 12.5 volts at power leg of starter relay, have ground on ground leg of relay. can jump starter solenoid with screw driver and truck runs and drives.
gear shift selection shows park when in it and neutral. Anybody have any ideas of what could be going on?

I recently bought a (Gen 3) LQ4.
I'm trying to swap this into an (Gen 4) 07' Silverado which uses 58x Reluctor, 4x Cam Gear, Front Timing Cover/Crank Sensor, and 2 Knock Sensors located in the sides of the block.
I have a (Gen 4) Truck, So the timing cover/ crank sensor/ knock sensors can be used. I also have a (Gen 4) ECM/Harness.
I know I need to get 58x Reluctor Gear put on & get a 4x cam gear already
My questions are as follows:
1. Can I put a 4x Cam Gear on a (Gen 3 Cam) ? or do I need to get a (Gen 4 Cam) for the (Gen 4 Cam Gear) to work ?
2. Can I use the (Gen 4 Knock sensors) on the side of the (Gen 3 LQ4) ? Just drill/tap & mount them ?
3. If I keep the (Gen 4 Fuel Setup) could I just install that on the (Gen 3 LQ4) ?
Any help or advice will be appreciated.
I'll be documenting everything so others will have better knowledge when putting a Gen 3 Block into a Gen 4 Vehicle.
Thanks guys !

I ordered a GMC 2500 At4 6.6 liter gas engine on April 4th 2022. After I got the order number I found out how to get on gmcs website to check on production with the virtual assistant on 4/10. That day I found out my vehicle was already produced however it is now 4/20 and i still do not have a vin number so that my dealership can set up tracking. does anyone know how long it usually takes a finished truck to get its vin number??? accidently posted this on someone elses forum the first time sorry new member to this sorta thing

New to the site, have a 2021 2500hd with 6.6 gas. Yesterday was turning around in my driveway and heard a bang, then check engine light, trac light, reduced engine power, service parking brake lights all came on. I can run through the gear shift, but it won't engage any gears. When I have it in r or d if I touch the gas it revs up and speedo keeps going up. Looked at shift linkage and it does move, so I'm guessing a serious internal trans issue?? Anyone else have an issue like this? Thank you ,
Update, just pulled code p215b , output shaft speed correlation

Hello , new to the group thanks so sorry if I’m posting to wrong group or if question has been asked before. My issue is that I bought a ‘15 1500 WT 5.3L that had around 350k with lazy #7 cylinder. So I bought used motor with around 100k from a ‘15 gmc 1500. Swapped motors out and when I went to start up I don’t get any crank, No gauges work, service error lights all come on. I’ve checked to make sure grounds are clean and tight, checked fuses inside cab and in engine bay, battery tests good, getting codes U0100 and U0102 and I’ve also installed new:
-Engine Harness (found some splits on harness that came with motor so bought new one)
-Computer (also have the original and one that came with the motor and I’ve tried swapping all 3 to see if that worked)
-Relay panel in engine compartment
Just seeing if anyone has any fix’s or tricks. Thanks
