Silverado K1500 No AC / No Horn

I don' know if this is coincidental or not, but my Ac Compressor will not come on, and I have no horn.

I have checked the AC fuse and it is good. I also tried switching out the square relay, nothing. I also checked the refrigerant charge, and it seems over filled if anything.

On the horn there is no voltage to the fuse. Any help would be appreciated.
