How much for local pick up? How does the tank fill up with air? Thanks

I can do 100 picked up.

There is no tank with these, you fill the bags manually through a shrader valve that you can plumb to the bed/tailgate/license plate/fuel cap area. Feel free to text me at 8134182203.
