Rear Brakes NO to Poor stopping power

the belt only runs the water pump   it does have a electrical AUX water pump as well

 i thought i mention the rear brakes did work yesterday not every time but was noticeable...when they did something

 

 

   the suv stopped evenly and not nose dive  while stopping 

 

 

 i felt like all 2 brake modes were working

dynamic  aka "electric traction motor"  and Friction based braking)

 

 

I could feel the rear pulling the suv to  a stop  with no nose dive the few times it work

 

so it might be a caliper issue  sticking

 

 

 

 

when it is nose diving there is very little pull from the rear cause it to jerk  weight transfer effect
