Touch screen frozen ?? Touch don't work !

Don't know what's happening but my 2019 at4s touch screen keeps freezing...im able to use the turn dial knobs and select but I simply cannot touch the screen no feed back at all ....and it says I'm on the latest update when I check....been like this for a 4 days now .

Did this start after an update was completed? Did you install an App from the App Drawer and the symptoms started after that? Best thing to do if it is still frozen, take it in for the dealership to see.

The unit itself might be failing.

Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again?

I'd try disconnecting the battery first before taking it to the dealership.

ive disconnected battery it works but not for long ...then it buggs out agian...and no i have not installed anything.

Mine does the same. Freezes for some unknown reason. Sometimes it will come back to life, other times i have to turn the truck off and then back on. Also my radio volume lately has been blasting as soon as I start the truck for about 3 secs then goes back to the volume i left it at, which is normally very, very low.

My 19 Sierra has had this issue twice where the screen completely freezes. Nothing updated or installed. Off to dealer Wednesday for this issue and belt squeal in the morning.
