A little more information would help tremendously, because right now no one is sure if this is a statement, or a rant.

Pictures would even be better.

It's really not a big problem.

Your truck, even being a Denali, has the same tolerance requirements as a WT pickup. It's a mass-produced vehicle.

What you see as misalignment is still within tolerances. My doors on my 2017 LT are a tad off, but they open and shut smoothly and don't leak. You really have to look close to see the gap.

I don't worry about it. It doesn't matter.
