I got excited when gas prices went down to $1.34 per litre a little while ago.  This works out to be $5.08 per US gallon!  Top that!

I'm in Ontario and found a bargain filling up at $1.06 L , $4.24 US gallon. Christmas came early

In Northern California we’re just shy of $4 per gal. In some locations a few months back while traveling south I’ve seen upwards of $5.75 for premium.

Proves they are full of shit.

Gas has been getting cheaper here in Minnesota every week as of late. They just use that as an excuse to jack the price up. Bastards.

My all time record was about 175$ for a full tank of gas on a highway gasstation. Thats the reason most of the euro-cars here have lawnmower-sized engines.

One would assume the median income has to be much higher in places that have higher fuel prices. And likely the difference in the worth of the dollar.

 

I'm sure $15 an hour is a low paying job in places like Canada but in many parts of the US, they is considered just "okay".
