I had the same problem as xeyedjohn, thought I had bad gas because it started having issues after filling up with fuel. Same trouble lights were on and engine was misfiring. Stopped for something to eat and it wouldn’t start at all. Had it towed 100 miles home to my dealer. Dealer said it was a blown fuse in a panel that controls many things including the lifters or something on the cylinders which was causing the misfires. They said it is becoming a common problem and the gm engineers are trying to figure out why the fuse is blowing. They replaced the fuse, gave it back to me, ran great for a day and started doing the same thing this morning. I’ll give an update when I hear back from the dealer again.

2019 Sierra 6.2 Denali - "Service Parking Brake"  occurs regularly. About 2 mo ago dealer installed "software update". Message disappeared for about 3 weeks. Now occurring again daily. In my case I can "clear it" by setting and releasing the brake while in Park. Very annoying. Going back in to the dealer Monday for this and oil change....

So, I picked it up today. They replaced the Parking Brake push button switch on the dash. We'll see if this fixes it...

I hadn't heard from the dealer since 9/2 so I called today for an update.  They told me they had replaced the injectors on #7 and #8 cylinders and they were working fine but then all of a sudden all the cylinders on one side were missing and not holding the correct pressures.  The technician was in the process of troubleshooting and said he had never seen anything like it.  He though it may be an imperfection in the cylinder.  I said what is the resolution, replace the motor?  They couldn't tell me today since they are still in the process of troubleshooting.  They said they should have an answer for me by Monday.  They were kind enough to offer me a vehicle but I declined, my 05  F150 is still running strong, thankfully.   Will update when i get more info.

Had service parking brake come on this am in my 2019 1500 rst with 8,000 miles. Taking it in to the dealer in 4 days, but the light did go off throughout the day and has not yet returned. I was reading in the owners manual, and if this occurs and you need to set or release the parking brake, you need to press and hold the button. That way you wont be stuck ?

So after being at the dealer they couldn't find any issues and claimed no stored codes. They did some update, well today jan 2 it happened again but again went off after I parked. Both times the weather was nice and lots of moisture from melting snow. I wonder if something is getting wet/frozen causing the error.

Check to make sure the under hood fuse box bolts are tight. There is a TSB for this. Causes all kinds of odd electrical issues. In my case dash would randomly not come on when truck was started and some transfer case issues. Also if I disconnected the battery I would have all kinds of brake/stabilitrak/check engine lights and lots of code (none after fix). I got 2 to 3 turns on mine and no issues since. I have posted the actual TSB in the past but can't find it at the moment (I'm not at home).

I thinks they are 7 or 8mm bolts. Torque spec is 53 inch-lbs.

Parking brake and rough running:  I have had this same issue since I drove it off the lot.  It would occasionally do it.  Almost always after using trailer or offroad mode then going back to normal mode.  Finally took it in.  They did get some good codes.

All I know is it is some issue with the #4 cylinder.  I will updated you as soon as I get specifics and also a solution.

I had a software update, that cost a little bit, but I have not had an issue in a long time.

I back into the driveway that has a pretty good slope.  I was told that apparently, because I was on such a slope that the truck "felt" movement once I put it into park and would engage the parking brake.  Every time, I would have to disengage the parking brake because it was on.  I have no problem with this, just became a habit.

I was told that if I had engaged the brake before removing the foot brake that I wouldn't get the notice.  I am just lazy i suppose, but the update did fix it.  Not sure if it could help in your case.

Good after noon all. I was just reading the posts in this topic as My 2020 is having these issues as well. I had my 2020 Sierra towed in on Wednesday this week and called for an update on Friday. The dealership said they pulled codes for misfire on all cylinders but more on 3&8. My truck was flashing the check engine light (I think) a couple weeks ago and then on Wednesday it showed service parking brake and traction control as well as a flashing check engine light. Dealership has road tested twice now and can not duplicate. Both times I did not notice a change in operation which makes me think computer issues. Both times this happened shortly after starting the truck and claiming the same hill in the same spot. This is not a big hill by any means with a 3-4% incline. Also found that after a radio software update my radio will play both xm and Bluetooth at the same time which is odd the dealership brought in a specialist for that snag lol.

I will update when they resolve this for everyone to see

Dealer found code c060b left rear parking brake actuator fault. After checking wiring, they determined issue was the actuator. Replaced. So far so good for the service parking brake.

I have a 2020 Silverado LTZ 6.2L with 4500 miles and after slowing down and accelerating again I noticed it was running very rough and seemed to be missing.  The Service ESC first came up and then the check engine light came on.  Shorty after the wrench and parking brake light came on, and I also noticed the whole time the traction control ight was illuminated.  Then the error message went to service parking brake.  This is some BS.  Will update when and if I get a resolution.
