Rear fender inner liner

Is there any other reason GM makes you pay for rear wheel fender inner liner for their full size trucks other than $$$$$?

Like most everything else what is included depends on trim level. 

 

Higher level trims do include them.

I have a 2019 Custom Trailboss with Factory bedliner and do not have rear liners.

Maybe the custom TB didn't come with them, I don't know. Mine was an LT and build sheet showed them to be included with the bed protection package

Factory installed with the Chevy logo

Building one online it seems for the customs, the bed liner is a standalone option, not part of a bed protection package.

Hey I don’t think ford even offers it as an option, so don’t complain if it is available.
