If your truck has rear parking assist(backup sensors) can front ones be added?

So i may look at replacing the front bumper on my truck, has some damage and cost to replace with aftermarket is little cheaper than factory replacement or fixing the existing one.. 

SO if i decide to go with aftermarket front bumper, i wanted to see if its possible, to add / enable front end parking sensors?

Do the trucks that have rear parking assist have the front harness that can be used and enabled?

 

Is that possible? If so what would i check for under the front in order to see if i can do it on my truck?

It can be done, but the wiring is not there and you will need a different module and some programming.
