Looking around for a truck I noticed some trucks have " Emissions, Federal requirements" "California requirements" or " Emissions, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington state requirements"

Anyone know if there are actual differences in hardware or programming of these?
