Service 4x4

Hello,

I have a 2019 chevy colorado 4x4 and my service 4x4 keeps going off. I called chevy a month and a half ago and they said that its the differentials oil and they needed to be changed. I changed the oil and it is still popping up. With the current evens going on my chevy dealer is closed and i was hoping i could find answers here. I would really appreciate it.

Where are you located that the dealerships service department is closed?  Auto repair is on most states "essential services" list...

I live out in the rohnert park. I keep calling the dealership at different times trying to get ahold of their service. No-one answers and I've left messages as well.

Rohnert park California?   There must be a dozen dealerships in a fifty mile radius that would be open and happy to help.
