Yeah that looks perfect..exactly what I'm looking for " more tire " I appreciate you getting at me with a picture...oh just wondering does the trim PKG matter , rst, lt, custom ?? I've got the custom...truck came with some decent black alloy wheels 18 x 8.5 ya think Maybe I can use them with the 1.5" Lev & the 35" Bfg's ?? Seems every local shop around here (L.A. CA) just wants to push a $6500 lift  rims and tires.. crazy

Hey buddy, seeing as this was just under a year ago, I was wondering if you found at any more info? I have a 19’ Custom Trail Boss as well and most of the infor here is for the LTs. It’s my understanding that the wheel arches should be the same size and therefore what fits the gentleman in the black LT could fit should work for us. But I just wanna make sure before pulling the trigger on wheels and tires that don’t fit. Thanks again.

I have a 2020 Custom 4x4 (Not a trail boss). I added a 2.25 procomp level up front and was able to fit 35x12.5s on my stock 20’s. I did delete the flaps/air guards, but have no rubbing even at Full lock.

I had two different (reputable) 4x4 shops say something similar to me about needing a 6” lift to get to 35s. Guess it’s in their best interest to have you spend $2500 getting a Massive kit installed and selling you a tire package for another $2500. Also to be fair to them, ( at least the ones around here) they aren’t very familiar with the T1s yet

I have the tires and stance I want and am all-in for less than $1400

Hey Man I love the way this turned out! This is exactly what I want to do with mine. Did you have any trouble with the inside of the tire rubbing on the upper control arm?

Where did you get your Bilsteins from? Looks great, this is exactly what I want to do with my 2020 TB eventually.

Just got my 2021 Trail Boss. Done extensive research through this forum specifically and I appreciate all the help. I was still very hesitant but I had my tire store put 35x12.50R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my truck before I leveled it. On flat ground, there is ZERO rubbing. It can be done, but I am still going to level for the looks.

I'm going to upgrade to 35s once my OE tires need replacing, but have concerns about rubbing.  I going to upgrade my suspension first.  I plan on going with King 3.0s, BajaKits Prerunner kit, and Deaver rear springs.  Suppose to fit 35s with no trouble, and 37s with no rub unless you jump the truck, etc.  At that point, with 37s, they recommend upgrading all fenders to fiberglass widebody fenders on all 4 corners.  With 35s there would be no need to upgrade to fiberglass.

I have a 2021 silverado trail boss with a 2 inch front level kit max racing. I have the factory 18 inch wheels and installed the 35x12.5x18 nitto ridge grapplers with no rubbing problems at all. Very close to upper control arm but does not hit. Just figured I’d post this because couldn’t find much information so just went ahead and tried it and no problems what so ever.

You might want to upgrade your UCA's. It is not recommended to do spacer lifts on a trailboss without upgrading the UCA's. There are quite a lot of ball joint failure pictures out there with spacer only set ups on a trailboss.
