'02 Silverado with an occasional sputtering problem

My '02 with the 5.3 sometimes sputters while driving at highway speed. Sometimes it's worse with the AC on. It's not throwing any codes at all. I've read about some possible problems, bad O2 sensors, possible dirty injectors, bad spark plugs or wires or dirty MAF sensor. What do you guys think?

could also be fuel pressure, from a failing fuel pump and/or plugged fuel filter and/or failing fuel pressure regulator

also check for broken off exhaust manifold bolts.

Thanks I was thinking about that too. I just had the fuel pump replaced last winter, hopefully it's not that again. I have purchased a new fuel filter as well, just haven't had the opportunity to put it on yet. I do appreciate your comments, thanks

A little more info would help.  How many miles  are on the spark plugs and wires?  What fuel are you using?  How many miles on the truck?

There's probably 40,000 miles on plugs and wires. I replaced them both two years ago. I just turned it over to 130,000 on the odometer and use regular gas without ethanol.

I should say 87 octane with out ethanol
