Forever to fill up gas tank

First post so if it’s not in the right place I apologize. I have a 2014 Silverado and when I try to fill up it will pump .10 and shut off. I will try and pump some more and same thing happens. We do this song and dance until about $5 in and then i can set the gas pump handle and it will roll until filled. Possible issues? EVAC canister gone/going bad? Thank you for the help.
