Loud shuddering noise from rear of Sierra2500

While driving the truck suddenly starts emitting a loud clanking noise from the rear. As I slow down at a certain point it goes away. Then, as I accelerate, The noise will come back after a certain point.

Might want to try putting this post in the correct section of the board...this section is for comments/questions regarding the website itself, not for the trucks.
