blue tooth wont work after remote start

i have a 2020 sierra slt when i use the remote start and then try to use the voice calling function i get sorry i can not find a phone yet the contacts and phone show up on the screen and if i use the screen to call it works fine but no voice command function anybody have this problem and have you found a solution
