Backup camera washed out with faded lines

Does anyone else's backup camera seem washed out and have faded horizontal lines across it?  I am thinking that mine has issues but want to make sure before I take it in that it isn't just normal and I'm being too picky.  The mirror camera is great and crystal clear its just the one in the dash, mine is the 7" wt model in case that makes a difference.

The view on the dash display is very good on my 2020 LTZ.  No lines or distortion of any kind.

My camera is clear but the gridlines are off center which irritates the hell out of me yet dealer said there was nothing they could do about it

my 25HD SLT was fog like from day one and has got worse

my former 2011 was CLEAR

GM - so lame
