Going higher on a CST 4.5" lift!

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I've got a 2019 4x4 LD (old body style) lifted with the CST 4.5" lift. I've also got Bilstein 5100's all the way around. Since the CST leaves the truck with stock angles, I've got the front Bilstein's set at the "0" setting. I'd like to add a little more height which essentially should leave me with angles equivalent to adding a Level kit on a stock truck.

My plan is this:

install a 2" add-a-leaf in the back and raise the front shock settings up. I'm wondering if this would work OK! The front shock settings available are 0", 0.75", 1.25" or 1.85".

I'd love to know what my front setting should be in order to stay relatively level with the new 2" leaf in that back?

Also, if it would negatively impact the suspension, I could add new UCA's.

If anyone here has any experience or advice, it would be great.

Thanks, LRod

I've attached a picture of my truck!
