Forum Instructions

Could anyone point me in the right direction on how to effectively use this forum?  I already found the guidelines.  What I'm looking for is how you PM someone, or how you "like" a post, etc.?  I like to think I'm pretty savvy when it comes to navigating forums (in general), but this one has me confused.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

@txab - you may have solved the issue.  At my 5th post, all features I had been looking for "turned on".  The "like" button, the ability to PM, etc.

I'm glad to know this since I've never gotten an answer
