That is the video that I used to install the lights.  I am going to use some small push button switches going to hide them..  I try to make all my mods where you can take them off and you can't tell they were there.

I have these installed so they come on with the high beams. Then turn off when high beams are off. No switches involved.

Do you have a write up or direction on this action?

I do not at the moment. Give me some time and I can have a write up on it.

I have the 2 10" light bars in the grille, a 30" light bar behind the grille, and 2 LED pods just below the bumper. All controlled by relays hooked up to the high beam fuse. RGB LEDs are opt7 rock lights, LEDGLOW million color 24" bar, and 6 off brand RGB LED strips all hooked to parking light fuse on a relay.

6 amber LEDs are hooked to the DRL fuse, and are on whenever the DRLs are on. THey do not dim when the headlights are on.

Tailgate bar is a plug n play into the trailer harness.

Running board lights are amber running lights, sequential turn signal, and white when dome lights turn on.

LED strips in the bumper steps are hooked in to the DRL circuit, and sequential turn signals.

3 White LEDs are hooked in to the reverse lights.

What did you hook the 2 10" light bars in the grille too?  You mentioned they come on with highbeems.

What fuse is that?  I have a GMC so it could be different but I don't recall seeing a separate fuse for the DRL's.

It's fuse 3 or 4 on my truck. These seem to give power to the headlight assembly. This is how I get the ambers on all the time. I may have been in correct to call them the "DRL" fuse. But when I pulled it, the DRL when out.

I hooked in to fuse 1, or 2.

This provides signal to the relay's coil I have, then the relays give (fused) power through the harnesses to the lightbars.

I did this rough country set up and wired it to a wireless module and used one of my home link buttons to turn them on so I didnt have to run wires to the cab. Works great.   I would of liked to have brighter lights but with my ltz grill that was the only option I had.  They do fill in at night but do not expect them to light the world up in front of you.

I was expecting brighter also. But they do give a nice fill light when the high beams are on.
