Running Rich after L96 Swap

I have a 2011 1500 ECSB that I swapped the stock LC9 5.3 for a newer L96 6.0. The tune is stock except for disabling AFM. The truck starts, idles, shifts, and runs fine but I have three recurring codes:


P0106 Manifold Absolute Pressure/BARO Sensor Range/Performance


P0175 System Too Rich (Bank 2)


C0561-71 Actuator Stuck 


I'm assuming the third code is because stabilitrak is disabled from the first two codes. I haven't found any vacuum or exhaust leaks yet. Long term fuel trims are around -25%. MAP data seems to look OK although the ECM thinks it is out of range. Does anything stand out in the attached log file, or are there any other parameters I should log to track this down?
