WOW that is long, havent had a chance to read it all yet! But EVERYONE I know who WAS on that diet got really sick! Maybe it will explain that in the article!

I've been saying this for years.  Give me back "real" food and stop re-processing everything to remove the natural elements (including fat).  I hope this article circulates (at least in an abbreviated version ;)  ).

Despite what people want to hear, just eat healthy and exercise, it is the best way to loose weight and stay in shape, also, drink lots of fluids.  I've heard that dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese, etc...) is very good for you and will help you loose weight faster if your goal is to loose weight.  Although, it's probably a good idea to get dairy in your diet anyway to help build strong bones :thumbs:

I was on this diet for about three months and lost quite a bit of weight. Then I got tired of eating nothing but meat and eggs all the time and quit. The princple behind this diet is to eat as little carbs as possible until you get to where you want to be. Then add them back gradually until you stop looseing weight and then you will know what your tolerance for carbs is.

 

Since then I've (like any other diet) I gained it all back plus some    :plainsmile:

 

Now that I've hurt my back. I'm on a very different kind of "diet" from everything else out there that I should be able to stick to for the long run. It's called "Not eating like a big F'n pig"  :thumbs:  It's working VERY well and I'm in better shape than I have been for a long time. Anyone who says "but I don't eat that much"  Imo is more than likely just lying to themselves,

Didn't read it much of it at all, but I don't pay attention to all this diet talk at all.  Maybe I'm being ignorant, maybe not.  I eat all I want, what I want, when I want, I'm sure most people hate me for that.  Guess I'm lucky in that my metabolism is so freaking high and I never stop moving that I just don't gain weight.  

 

My diet, lots of meat, gotta have a good serving of that each meal, plenty of veggies, not enough fruit, plenty of grains.  I also never have ate breakfast much, just two meals a day.
